W.e.f. 1 Jul 2024, SCDF will change its sender ID for NS Mobilisation matters from “91449746” to “80709995”. This follows the gov.sg SMS Sender ID announcement on 13 Jun 2024 and aims to help recipients recognise and authenticate SMSes from SCDF.

This exercise was held to test and validate the operational readiness of theunits.The SCDF and SPF would like to thank the media for their assistance inconveying the Joint Open Mobilisation activation message across the radio andtelevision channels during the duration of the exercise

Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Singapore Police Force (SPF)Joint Open Mobilisation Exercise is now in progress. Two SCDF units and Two SPFunits with the following codewords have been activated:

On being alerted to the mobilisation message, all personnel from the activatedunits must report to their mobilisation base at once with their personal equipment.NSmen who wish to enquire more about the exercise should contact theirrespective Division Headquarters for additional information.
